JUNKFOOD LOVER

In my research on cultural fusion, I examined the contrast between the fast food culture in America and the slow food culture in traditional Japanese cuisine. The project combines Japanese tradition with contemporary American pop culture, fusing elements of both cultures such as traditional Japanese cuts and American staples such as jeans and chips - a fusion I like to call "jeans chips".
